High school students and Jazz fans from New Jersey and Pennsylvania will be celebrating the 35th Annual Music Spectacular Jazz Festival at the Strand Theater. The students will be guests of Wilbur Wittemann for his annual Big Band Jazz Festival. Previous festivals have featured Maynard Ferguson, Dizzy Gillespie, Lew Soloff, Clark Terry, Slide Hampton, Phil Woods, Louis Bellson, Arturo Sandoval, Byron Stripling, Allen Vizzutti, David Garibaldi, Bill Watrous, Bobby Shew, Steve Turre and Butch Miles, Bob Mintzer, Claudio Roditi, Dave Weckl and Wayne Bergeron.
